All sales are final. 

This policy covers every item and/or services offered on this platform. Including gift cards and courses. 

 

Once you receive your order, please inspect the product(s) and contact dianafrivera2023@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. As soon as we receive an email addressing your concerns, we will be able to work closely to correct any issues. 

We DO NOT assume responsibility if packages were damage or stolen once it's been handed over to USPS.
